My husband really liked this recipe. Instead of Catfish, I used Talipia. The recipe was very easy and prep time fast.

A lot of my topping was stuck to the pan. Maybe will try non stick foil instead of cooking spray next time.

The flavor of the miracle whip and italian cheese was good with the fish. The corn flakes did not make a very good breading though. Maybe I will try this with bread crumbs next time.
