Creamy Veggies

These veggies were great. My cheese mixture boiled over in the microwave so I would recommend using a large bowl. I used a 9" round baking dish which was obviously too small. The cheese mixture makes this receipe good. It serves about 4 people. I used fat free cream cheese, and couldn't tell the difference.

Our family has a new "old standby." I've never seen vegetables eaten so quickly! This dish will please all ages, especially kids who may not be so keen on veggies. It's a great side [esp. w/ poultry], and so simple to prepare.

I give this a four because I liked it but it was very cheesie...almost too much cheese and I love cheese. My son who loves vegie's did not like it but I am going to make it again and use 3oz of each cheese instead of 4. I also had to add about 1/3 cup of milk because it did not come out creamy like the picture.

this was very good i did add extra veg,and it did cook to the side of the dish so i would recommend stirring mid way of cooking.but i did like it very much.

Super-easy recipe, tastes amazingly delicious, and went over so well I only got a 1/2 a serving at the party!! I'm doing this again for the Memorial Day Weekend. Also, I like a little crunchy, so I added a small amount of crushed Ritz crackers to top it off.
