These were very tasty and quick to assemble. I used sundried tomato & basil tortillas instead of plain. Will definitely make again!

My husband loves these in his lunch. He prefers them with no mayo though. To add to them he likes a little lettuce to add a crisper texture. With him being diabetic we substitute the tortillas with carb friendly tortillas to cut down his carb intake.

my husband is a trained chef so its hard for me to compete with that. I made up these and all he could say to me is WOW! It was very easy to make even for someone with little or no experience.

Use caution with oregano, as many people are unaware of being allergic to it, as I was. Can cause severe reactions. Luckily, the wrap is also good without oregano. I added a few shreds of grated lemon peel to spark the flavor, along with olives, and it was superb.

In addition to adding the red onion, avacado, and feta cheese I addes sliced ripe olives and just a touch of vinegar and oil.
