Made this for my son's football team (8th grade) and they loved them. Huge hit. I used an oval ice cream scoop to get consistant sized footballs and it worked like a charm. Just keep a bowl of water handy to dip the scooper in!

So yummy! A good treat!! Just make sure you let it sit for a while after adding the cereal. Otherwise the footballs don't hold their shape.

My husband's friend thought I was amazing when he saw these - and ate about 5! They are so easy and cute and really add to the whole football theme. I can't wait to make them again!

I made these last year for the Super Bowl, and they were such a hit, I'm making them again this year! One of my favorite recipes.

I am taking these to a SuperBowl party tomorrow and thought the idea was really cute! I read through the comments before starting, and I wish now that I would have used milk chocolate instead. I will do that next time! I made 15 cookies and had just enough of the white gel to decorate. ENJOY!

Tasty treat! easy to transport to gatherings/tailgating...though very rich..cant't eat too many.TIP: Use eggshaped large kitchen spoon for size consistency & let cool on wax paper before decorating with gel..let gel frosting harden & then wrap individually to transport.Fun to make for adults & kids!!

The little guys were really good. I used milk chocolate. They were chewy like a 100 grand candy bar without the caramel. Really a crowd pleaser! And I actually made 18 and they actually looked like footballs!!
