So delicious, but so easy!! These are so versatile, too. I made them first for easter and they turned out so adorable. I also make them anytime we're hungry for cherry cheesecake. Just top with cherry pie filling and whipped topping instead of coconut.

Love this recipe. My family and friends request it all the time. I'm not allowed to visit my aunt and uncle without bringing them.

These were such a hit at our Mommy & Me Easter egg hunt. The only suggestion I would have is to let the licorice for the handles sit out overnight to get a little stale. If you use the licorice while it's fresh it falls over unless you make the handles very short but they don't look as cute that way!

The recipe was quick and easy. Everyone loved it. The issue was that the licorice didn't stand up!

Tasted really good but my baskets weren't as flat on top as the picture, and next time I'll need to use actual shoestring licorice instead of twizzlers which didn't want to stay up.

I made this recipe and it was wonderful. Went over big with the family and quests. It was easy to make, looked very good and more importantly tasted awsome. Would recommend it. The only problem was the handles with the licorce, I could not get them to stay up. Teri, Palmetto Florida

Big hit last Easter and I am making them again this year. So easy! I used one package regular, and one package reduced fat cream cheese. I also used reduced fat nilla wafers. Instead of shoestring licorice, I used pull and peel twizzlers. I used a piping bag to put into muffin cups evenly.

I made this for my daughter's kindergarten class for a party and everyone loved them. It was so easy to make. I took chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and strawberry pie filling to let the kids (and teacher) to top their cheesecake the way they wanted. It was a big hit!
