Zesty Grilled Vegetables

I substituted while balsamic vinegar for the white vinegar and added red radishes. It was delicious and I have made it several times with different twists! It is on my keep list!

My husband and I really liked this recipe. I bought a new grill basket and it worked great with the cut-up veggies. Had friends over when I made them and one of the guys said he felt like he was in a gourmet restaurant. Will make again for sure.

I think potato wedges take longer than 8 to 10 minutes to cook? Maybe not, but who has actually tried this recipe????

After grilling add some greens and toss with the renainder of the sauce

Super easy...I ended up having to leave the potatoes out when I made it the first time; it was still great.
