I substituted while balsamic vinegar for the white vinegar and added red radishes. It was delicious and I have made it several times with different twists! It is on my keep list!

My husband and I really liked this recipe. I bought a new grill basket and it worked great with the cut-up veggies. Had friends over when I made them and one of the guys said he felt like he was in a gourmet restaurant. Will make again for sure.

I think potato wedges take longer than 8 to 10 minutes to cook? Maybe not, but who has actually tried this recipe????
