Definitely for special occasions thanks to the calories, but a smooth and wonderful dessert that absolutely rivals restaurant cheesecake. The top of mine did crack, but I topped the cheesecake with strawberry pie filling, which made it both gorgeous and delicious, so the cracks didn't matter.

I made this recipe and it came out to be the most deliciouse cheesecake ever my whole family loved it and always begs me to make it everytime.

This recipe was very easy to make and tasted delicious! We used reduced fat cream cheese to cut some of the calories. I would definitely recommend and make again.

Cheesecake is my husband's favorite, so I baked it for his birthday party.(I have never made homemade cheesecake!) He and all the guests loved it! I even let it cool for only 4 hours. You could see the three layers; the cracker crust, the white cheese cake and the golden brown top.I used a silver spring form pan and also added vanilla. I am actually going to make another one tomorrow!!

This was my first attempt at a cheesecake. I followed the recipe exactly as written for a dark non-stick pan and my cake was slightly gooey in the middle after cooling in the fridge overnight. I will leave it in a bit longer next time. It still tastes great :)

Oh my goodness this recipe came out perfect. I am so glad thatI made it. I have also made it with oreo cookie crust and topped it with strawberries and/or strawberry pie filling. I will make this recipe over and over again.
