I've made this before trying to replicate what my fave Mex restaurant serves as their Chile con Queso, the variation is that I serve it warm by warming in the microwave prior to serving. It's a great twist! Also serving warmed tortilla chips with it is even better.

Tried the medium salsa. It was very good , but could be more spicy. Try hot salsa next time.

Great recipe! Have made it a lot! The girls I work with love it when I bring it for food day, and my picky kids love it!

Definitely one of the easiest things I've ever made. Gives a tasty change to plain salsa when I want something with my chips.

I have made this recipe a long time ago, but recently needed something to take to a party....eveyone loved it! VERY Easy to make and relatively inexpensive. I always serve it with tortilla chips...the blue organic chips are really good with it or the scoop chips make it easy for people.
