As an add on I use my own picante sauce recipe to add additional zest to this fine recipe.

Being Mr. Mom I make sure this is a hit on Monday football time. Living in South Texas and loving food of this type we have a taco meal quite often. If we have leftovers (almost never) the kids will have either hard shell or soft shell tacos for lunch the next day. A superb quick meal.
