great recipe... i made it for a baby shower, so i had to have a bunch, so i used refried black beans, and this worked out great, you don't need as much cream cheese or sour cream if you do this. also, i added a layer of spanish rice and it was a big hit.

I have made this recipe twice, and everyone loved it. I had salsa, and cheese sauce to go along with it. It is wonderful!!!!!!!
