I made this for a family gathering and everyone loved it. It was moist and not too sweet. It was a hit and I would definitely make it again.

I decided to try something different and made these cupcakes to bring into work on a Friday. Everyone at work RAVED about how delicious and moist they were. I even kept them in the fridge overnight and they were still delicious. I think the cream cheese frosting got the highest reviews. I've already been asked to bring in more...

I made this cake into cake balls. Of the 5 different flavors of cakes I made, this was everyone's favorite. It is very moist and the cream cheese mixture combines perfectly with it. I cooked it in a 9x13 pan, but it would be better in a round baking pan.

This cake was delicious!! We loved this so much everyone had seconds and thirds - there was nothing left. I added mini chocolate chips to the cake and it added a little more chocolate to the taste which everyone enjoyed. I also only added half the amount of red food coloring and the cake turned out plenty dark. Can't wait to make this again.

This was very good, especially the frosting. I cut each cake in two to make a 4-layer cake, and doubled the frosting mix. It was incredible! You definitely need to add a lot of red food coloring to make the cake dark enough though.
