This is the best fudge receipe that I have used. I recommend it all the time. My boyfriend lives in Alaska and I make it and send it to him at least once a month and he loves it. It smooth and creamy and taste wonderful.

Excellent! The inclusion of the temp to cook it to helped tremendously. Fantasy Fudge is a little sweeter than I'd like so might try subbing a little unsweetened chocolate for the semi sweet next time but otherwise it's perfect.
