These were excellent! I did substitute out the champagne for some white grape sparkling water, and it was delicious. I served it at a get together brunch, and everyone loved it. Not too sweet, but just enough. Love it!

We did not care for this, if I make it again I would omit the lemon & add alittle more sugar to cream cheese filling.

absolutely phenominal!! i made these for breakfast on valentine's day- and now i am making them again for dinner tonight per hubbie's request. they will knock you off your feet. i am going to cook them for every special occasion. :)

Christmas breakfast was a blast with these crepes. The filling is enough for at least 12 servings. Will certainly make these again.

This recipe is delicious and so easy to make. I used a low/med temp. grill and raspberry preserves.
