Super simple & very inexpensive! I had all ingredients on hand (BONUS!) and used leftover ham from yesterday's Easter dinner. I made a few changes, based on some other reviews: added 1/2 c. frozen peas, decreased cream cheese to 4 oz. and added 1 can crm of celery soup (omited chopped celery), using only 1/2 c. milk; I also crushed up some garlic cheese croutons (fine) and mixed that with the remaining parmesan to top the casserole. YUMMY! Even the kid ate it :o)

Good recipe; I think I'll use less cream cheese next time, though. It was a little too rich for us. Maybe a cream cheese/cream of mushroom soup mixture.

I added carrots and minced garlic to add flavor. I didn't get the veg. soft enough so my husband didn't like the crunch it had to it, will make again!

Loved this as did my husband. I put buttered plain breadcrumbs on top to add a little crunch.

A good concept. I pretty much enjoyed it, but my husband didn't care for the cream cheese sauce.

Very rich and tasty - next time I'll only use 4 oz. cream cheese though. To keep the dish "saucy", I didn't bake it. Great recipe and love the carb count!!

Easy and yummy! I used leftover ham from Easter dinner and to lighten it up I used fat free cream cheese and skim milk. Even my super picky kid loved it. We will definately do this one again!
