This was really good. A nice summer recipe, without a lot of calories!

this was easy and delicious. The pancake is a little bland by itself, but with the fruit and filling it really is delicious. So easy too!

I made this TWICE in one morning and it flopped BOTH times! 1. Too much butter in pan. 2. It didn't rise very well. 3. The taste was way too bland for us - needs more sugar and cinnamon, cardamon or clove.

Loved it, but played with the recipe a bit: -Added 1-1 1/2 tsp. vanilla to pancake -Used french vanilla yogurt instead of the marshmallow creme -Used frozen fruit (peaches and mixed berries), and added the juice from that to the dip My family absolutely loves it, and I think we'll be making it often!

I loved this recipe. Lots of fun watching it bake and very delicious with peach filling (sliced peaches, cinnamon, and sugar to taste.)

I added a tsp of vanilla and the pancake still tasted like cardboard.

Instead of the Marshmallow cream I use non fat yogurt and fresh fruit. It is a little lighter but tastes just as good.
