Lemonade Stand Pie

This recipe is AWESOME! I made it when my sister and bro-IL came for dinner and everyone LOVED it! Even the kids! I would suggest adding a little extra lemonade to the mix though, I did the second time I made it and it was even better!

Used higher concentration of lemonade so the pie had a more tart flavor - otherwise the lemon flavor got a little lost.

Very good and easy to make. The pie is very light and not too rich. I had read previous reviews about the pie being too tart, so I took out about 1-2 TBSP of the lemonade mix and added 1-2 TBSP of sugar and a splash of vanilla extract...alsoused fat-free vanilla ice-cream and light Cool Whip. It had great flavor, wasn't too tart at all. Would be great at a summer BBQ.
