I make this bread ALL the time! Everytime I visit my in laws they request that I bring "that wonderful banana nut bread". It is so easy and very delicious! I use 1/3 less fat cream cheese and pecans (I am from Louisiana) instead of walnuts. My oven is new so the bread is done between 1 hour and 1 hour 5 minutes. Any longer and the top (the best part!) starts to burn. I HIGHLY recommend this recipe to all!!!
