Creamy Red Pepper Dip

This was delicious. Everyone used it as a chip dip instead of using crackers. It just tasted better with the chips.

Yummy!! Made this for several occasions and always received many compliments. Great with veggies, crackers, tortilla chips. Also used this as a spread on veggie, chicken, etc.wraps. Super delicious. I have given out this recipe many times.

Not great... OK with vegetables but can not belive you can eat with chips. Served it with vegetable at cards with 12 women. Only uses 1/10th. Make sure you drain the red peppers well

The whole family loved this dip. Hubby was dipping everything in it from veggies to crackers and more. His idea to try it next time on a pizza crust with veggies and cheese to make a red pepper sauce pizza.

I would make it again, but with a reduced fat mayo, the peppers are a little oily, therefore I don't think you need regular mayo. Everyone really enjoyed this dip!
