I tried this recipe for my husbands family Thanksgiving and it was a huge success. Every Thanksgiving and Christmas I try different recipes and have been doing so for 6 years now, well Iwas told that this was the best dessert I have ever made, that's saying alot since I make about 3 new ones every year.

I substituted a crust made of crushed oatmeal cookies and topped this with apple pie filling, carmel, and cashews instead of peanuts.

We loved this! Just don't over cook, it makes a sticky layer on the top. I don't know if I stirred it too much or what, but mine turned out a little more like custard around the edges. But even still, very good!

I made this cheesecake for a cook-off that we had at work. Out of a possible score of 300, I scored 243! The prep. time is fast and easy. It's a bit rich but it's worth the cavity!

I AM NOT USUALLY A FAN OF CHEESECAKE, BUT AT A FAMILY GATHERING EVERYONE WAS RAVING ABOUT THIS PIE. MANY TOOK A MEDIUM TO SMALL SLICE TO BE POLITE, BUT THEY ALL CAME BACK FOR MORE. I COULDN'T RESIST. BOY WAS I GLAD I DID. IT WAS SO RICH THAT A SMALL SLICE (AT A TIME) WAS SUFFICIENT. I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH THAT I E MAILED MY NIECE FOR THE RECIPE AND THEN WENT ON TO YOUR WEBSITE TO SEE WHAT OTHER GOODIES WERE AWAITING ME. I AM SURE I WILL BE LOGGING ON VERY, VERY OFTEN. THANKS SUE.

My sister made this recipe, she doubled it and made it in a springform pan. It was wonderful! Definately would recommend.
