Great taste! I would cut back on the bleu cheese and bump up the onion and cream cheese. Also it helps if you bake the mushrooms for 5-6 minutes before you stuff them and bake. It makes the mushrooms more tender.

You really have to like Blue Cheese to enjoy these. I will probably try these again and cut the blue cheese in half.

You have to like mushrooms and blue chees to enjoy this recipe. The flavors are strong. My husband couldn't get enough of these and has requested them many times since last Christmas.

These mushrooms were good but not over the top. They were more time consuming than they were worth. A few were eaten and the rest I had to throw away. I probably wouln't make these again.
