This recipe is so simple and yet delicious at the same time! I was concerned about the fact there's only two ingredients, but that's all you need for great flavor. I used cut veggies, aternating with tortilla chips. It was a big hit at my party and I craved it for the next two days. This is a keeper!

Delicious! I added a half pound of sausage and it made a great snack. May be a little spicy for the kids though.

This is our "go-to" dip at gatherings! We've even added ground beef or sausage to change it up a bit. As simple as it is, it's still requested by friends as a "must have"!!!

Love this recipe!! I have made it for years!! I prefer to make it on the stove(on med low heat)... takes a little longer but it beats cleaning up the microwave after exploding cheese!!! :-)

Our family has used this recipe for years, it's always a hit! I gave the recipe to my nieces at their bridal showers with mini crockpots to use for entertaining! It's wonderful.

My family just loves this! It is so simple to make. My son even added some leftover chili to his and said it was great on his baked potato.

I always kick it up with either 8 oz of sour cream, or a can of cream of mushroom soup. It makes the queso much creamier. Also, add ground beef or sausage for a really deluxe queso.
