I was really disappointed with this soup. It was OK but could be alot better. I also thought it tasted too much like a cheese dip. It also had too much of a "velveeta" taste for my liking and seemed really bland. After tasting for the first time I added some salsa to give it some taste. Still tasted like a cheese dip but at least it cut the velveeta taste.

This soup had a good taste, but was very thick, almost like a chip dip! If I made again I would use about half as much of the velveeta and cream cheese. (We used the leftovers on top of chips with cheese, lettuce, and tomato for some yummy nachos, though!)

I've made this soup several times now, and it's always a big hit. The flavors blend very well together. One tip for getting a smooth broth, I add the cheeses to the cooked chicken mixture, stir until melted, then add chicken broth. Clump free everytime! I serve with lime flavored tortilla chips crumbled on top and a few jalapeno slices for extra kick, Yum!

This is a very good soup! My family loved it. My only suggestion is to cut the chicken into small cubes instead of thin slcies. The chicken was kind of big. Had to cut it up for the kids. We will defiantely make this again, and have shared the recipe with others.

We LOVED this recipe!! The only thing that I did differently was omit the peppers because my kids arent too keen on them. I added a can of diced tomatoes though...YUMMY

We use already seasoned chicken fajita meat from the store. It is good.

The soup was great, except it was too "soupy" (I should have read the reviews first!). I added a little flour to thicken it up. I wanted some tortilla chips on the side; it almost seemed like a queso dip.
