This is so easy and every time I make it it gets rave reviews. Serves many, but never any leftover! I serve cherries on the side (chill ahead of time too) b/c husband likes plain cheesecake.

Simple and delicious! I had never made a cheesecake before and this was definitely a great recipe to start out with. I sprayed the pan with Pam instead of using the foil and used 2 21 oz. cans of cherry pie filling, so that it was completely covered.

I have awful luck making cheesecakes.. but this came out perfect! It tasted great and it looked gorgeous. I made it for Christmas and I could barely convince anyone that I didn't buy it from a bakery.
