This is really a fun receipe to surprise guests with. I use Ranch dressing mix and it is really tasty.

I changed this up alittle bit by adding garlic powder to the cream cheese & Miracle Whip as well as chopped green onions before spreading it on the crust. I also blanched the broccoli and then chilled it in ice water so it was still crisp but not as tough as raw. I also used chopped radishes, diced zucchini, shredded carrots, and red pepper. Absolutely yummy!

This is a nice change from some of the heavier appetizers. I have made this on two separate occasions and it has received many positive comments.
