I tweaked this recipe I used ranch instead of mayo and mustard and put in real bacon bits and shredded cheese. So it was kind of a club roll-up. They were very yummy and a big hit at the party!!!

Good tasting, and easy, but don't use too much Miracle Whip, or it will be messy. :-) Adults likes them more than the children.

I made it for my housewarming party and our friends like it. The only thing is that it was very difficult to make at the beginning for a first timer....The mustard and mayonnaise kept squeezing out, and I didn't know how much meat to put in it. I couldn't even roll it up the first time because I probably put the lettuce in the wrong direction...it'd be great if the recipe can spell out more on how to arrange all the ingredients inside.
