Loved the flavor! Cream cheese did not blend/melt in as well as i would have liked.

I actually made this on a bagel with Canadian bacon. I tossed it under the broiler for a couple minutes and it was delish!!!

The chive & onion cream cheese give the eggs a great flavor. Also added a couple slices of crisp turkey bacon.

My family liked these. I diced up cooked ham(left over from the Christmas dinner) and cooked it with the eggs. We will have these again.

I thought that this recipe was delicious! The eggs turned out so fluffy and went well with the cheese and english muffin. I did make a few changes in the recipe though. I used 1-tbsp. of regular cream cheese, about 1-tsp. of dried chives and 1/4-tsp. of onion powder instead of 2-tbsp. of chive and onion cream cheese spread. Thanks!
