I'll confess that I only ate brats once before trying this recipe, on a variety plate at a German restaurant. I didn't like it at all, and didn't finish it.
However, seeing the great reviews this recipe got on the Food & Family website, I tried it. I used one person's suggestion of warming the tortillas a bit in the microwave, to make them fold better and to make the cheese melt. My family and I LOVED these, and we'll make this again!
