This is very quick and easy. Great for a quick snack after work while waiting for dinner or an easy appetizer with friends while grilling out.

Easily converted to a cold cracker spread. Use all the same portions but add 1 small can of diced black olives and mix thoroughly. Put in a dish and cover for atleast 24 hours, before serving top with more shredded cheese a few diced pieces of tomato, and a sprinkling of italian seasoning. Have made it this way several times & continually get asked for the recipe.

I suggest cutting the cream cheese in half and adding pesto and tomatoes in the center as well. Once you dip the topping off, you are just left with cream cheese.

A five star rating is really hard to come by for me, but this one deserves it!! It was so easy and pretty inexpensive. I used low fat cream cheese and 2% milk mozz. cheese. I served it with toasted baguette slices. I can't wait to make it again!

Love, Love Love this recipe. Made this alot over the summer for my family on the grill and in the oven. It is so quick and simple to put together. Is a big hit with everyone!
