This was very good, adding the cream cheese instead of milk worked for me. I have big eaters at my house so this was "filling" for them. I will definitely make this again

This was very easy and fast, if I hadn't made it myself, I would not believe it. It was very very good, and I have been asked for the recipe several times. I will make this over and over again.

I would rate it 4.5 stars. The potatoes had a nice flavor, but was a tad dry. My potatoes were not completely done, so I would suggest cooking for longer than what the receipe says. I halved the receipe which would serve about 4 people.
