I made this for the first time tonight and it was REALLY good and REALLY filling! I only had 1/2 cup rice to work with so just added less water and taco seasoning but have to say it was PLENTY of rice. Chicken was very tender and it was all very flavorful. I'll def make this again.

My 9 year old helped me with this recipe. It was rather simple to prepare and inexpensive. My family of four enjoyed it. Can't wait to share with my extended family at Thanksgiving. We prepare the traditional meal with a non-traditional dish to spice it up. Thanks Kraft!

This was very easy, healthy and tasted fantastic. I sliced the chicken breasts into fajita-style strips and marinated in a plastic baggie with about 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Fajita seasoning and 3/4 cup of water for about an hour. This gave the chicken a great flavor! I also added an extra 1/2 TBsp. of Fajita seasoning to the rice & water mixture. I added a sliced onion as well. This was so simple to make and very tastey! Will definitely make again.

The flavor was great, but the rice was overlooked on the bottom of the packet, and the cheese stuck to the top of the packet. I love foil pack cooking, tho - may good flavors all together!
