It is wonderful and enjoyed it with Blue Moon beer as was suggested. I added chopped onions and some thickly sliced potatoes. I cooked it at 325 for about 1 and 1/2 hours. This may be our Thanksgiving meal instead of turkey; this and all the trimmings.

This is an easy meal that tastes great! I like to use the Savory Herb Stove Top, it is a great combination of sweet from the apple and savory from the stuffing.

I loved this recipe and it was so easy and quick...next time though I would probably use more apples (1 1/2 cans) and increase the amount of stuffing (perhaps to 2 packages/boxes)...also I used Stove Top Stuffing for Pork instead of for chicken (that just made more sense to me).

I browned the chops first. But it took about 15 minutes longer to took then the suggested time... very good though. used 1 1/2 cans of apples and wish I would have used 2 boxes of stuffing...

I don't have canned pie filling, so cut up and apple (made recipe for two) and used 1/2 box stuffing. Sprinkled cinnamon on apples. Pre-browned chops so sprinkled 2T pecan (or olive) oil over chops/stuffing + 3T water in bottom. Covered/baked. Yummy! Easy to make ahead and simply assemble.
