Tater-Topped Casserole

My 6 yr old loved this, the 3 yr old was not too sure. It was super easy to put together and kitchen was clean by the time it was ready! Next time I plan to add garlic to the ground beef.

This was super easy to make and my family LOVED it!!! Will definately make again. I didn't have any Cream of Mushroom soup so I used Cheddar soup and it was great!

I made this casserole one Sunday afternoon. It is extremely easy to put together and very tasty. I served with a side salad, but would also be good with a side of slaw. You can make this ahead of time and pop in the oven right before your quests are to arrive. Only 45 minutes to cook! I will make again since it is so easy.

I thought it was too dry. So I made it again and added another can of mushroom soup. It was excellent the second time around!

Husband rates it a 4, but he went back for seconds! I added mushrooms. Great go-to meal when you need something quick! Will definitely make again. Yummy!
