Even with doubling the sauce, I thought the dish was dry--will try it once more adding more dressing, orange juice. I will also follow the advice of other reviewers and add soy sauce and ginger.

This was pretty good. Took the advice from many and doubled the sauce and I added some soy sauce and peanut butter but no added nuts. Instead of using white rice next time I'm going to try some kind of seasoned rice. Hubby just thought it was ok.

What perfect timing.. I used left over fried chicken (from the bucket), and squeezed a fresh orange I was getting ready to toss; I had a bag of frozen chinese veggies & add sesame seeds & sunflower seeds & served it over fried rice. Excellent QUICK meal for a rainy weekday.

It was good, I used cashews for the nut and doubled the sauce. Next time I would add garlic and crushed red pepper

Very delicious, healthier spin on Chinese food. I used orange juice concentrate instead of juice and then doubled the dressing & concentrate to make double the sauce and was glad I did - it was perfect. I also used crushed red pepper when cooking the chicken. It was spicy and we could definitely taste the orange flavor!
