Very simple & quick recipe. I used a frozen bell pepper mix instead of fresh. Made more juice, but it was still good. You can add cornstarch to the sauce to thicken. I also used chicken for the meat.

This is so easy and my kids love the taste. We have only tried the chicken so far, but bet pork and beef would taste just as great.

Very easy! I made served it over brown rice, added fresh mushrooms, orange pepper, & fresh broccoli to the listed veggies, & used tamari sauce instead of soy sauce for more flavor. It still needed something for flavor since we found it quite bland. Next time I'll doctor it up with more garlic, an onion, & maybe some wassabe for flavor.

Excellent Recipe. I added a pre-made frozen bag of stir-fry veggies. Definately made it more of a stir-fry. The only bad part was that the recipe tells you to mix a certain amount to create the sauce...i doubled that and it still wasn't enough to coat the dish the way I would have liked. However, the flavor was EXCELLENT and it tasted light and healthy. I will definately make this dish again but i may triple the recipe on the sauce.

Easy. Made with beef. Added salt, pepper and crushed red pepper while cooking. I probably wouldn't make again, but my husband actually liked it. He hates stirfry. So, I suppose that's a good review.

Very easy and tasty. Used chicken and bell peppers this time and served it over brown rice with spring rolls.
