Farmers' Market Squash Sauté

This is a favorite recipe of mine. I have a friend who hates both zucchini and squash but he would eat this. The only change I made was that I added some chopped bacon as well. Everything tastes better with bacon, right.

I've made this multiple times now. My husband rarely eats cooked veggies and he'll scarf this up and ask for seconds. Now if only I could get my 2 year old to even try it...

This recipe is so yummy. I didn't have any zucchini, so I had to use just squash, but it tasted so so good. I cooked bowtie pasta and placed the veggies on top with a little tomato sauce! Nice way to eat a dish that didn't include meat.
