The Tuna cakes were so easy to make, and to my surprise my kids loved them! I added chopped onion to mine. Could use a lot of variations (diced peppers, mushrooms, etc.)Kids liked them as a sandwich, but I ate it plain with horseradish mayo.

Everybody loved it. I had wondered about the flavor of the stuffing with the tuna but it was great, and such an inexpensive meal to make! I served it with corn souffle. It will be a part of the regular rotation.

Instant hit. I don't have a non-stick pan so I baked them instead. I was able to make 10 instead of just 6. Definitely going in my recipe box.

These were super easy, and super tasty. My girlfriend loved them. For once I actually followed a recipe word-for-word, and it came out great. Will definitely be making this again.

Instant family favorite! Very easy to make (kids helped) and will definately make again. I didn't have relish, but we drizzled a little bit of lemon juice on top, and it had great flavor.

The taste was good, but while I was making them, they kept falling apart in the pan and certainly did not look like the picture. Not sure what I did wrong, I followed the recipe exactly. Probably won't make again.
