Made this pie for the 4th of July and it was a bit hit. There was none left. My mother-in-law bought the items needed the next day and made it for her get together. I'm even making it again tonight for a sorority meeting at my house tonight (July 6).

This is delicious and light and looks very nice to take to someone's house for desert. I have made it several times and we enjoy it very much. It takes little time to prepare.

It was very easy to make. It was hard to remove slices from the pie pan as it is a soft pie (and slides easily). But everyone loved the pie! It's great for a warm day.
