This is awesome. It makes a great breakfast and an equally great snack! It is something different than the norm and gives me variety to my boring breakfast of cereal.

So tasty! Makes a great snack or breakfast! I only make half of it (I leave out the other slice of bread with cream cheese) and I still think it is filling and satisfying! Cant go wrong, SO GOOD!

I make it as a snack by toasting the bread, spreading the cream cheese and topping with apple slices. My kids (and me too) devour it!!! And, my non-fruit-eating son will eat this!!!
