Very good! I made a few adjustments to avoid the "mushy" dressing other reviewers have talked about. I only used half a can of cranberry sauce and 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce, and a few pinches of brown sugar. I reserved a few spoon fulls of the sauce to put directly on the chops before covering it with the stuffing. It coated the stuffing perfectly, not too mushy at all! I will be making this again!

Very good! Anyone know if it's possible to make this ahead of time/freeze and can give directions as to how?

This was extremely delish! It is so simple to make and the taste of the stuffing, oh so good!! Tangy is most definitly fitting.

The pork chops came out so tender and juicy. The mushy consistancy of the stuffing did not bother me. The flavor was horrible too many different things going on. Would have been enough with just the stuffing and the jellied cranberry sauce on the side. The bbq sauce belongs in a different recipe. I will never make this again!
