I found that the half package (8oz) is not enough cream cheese, this last time I made this I used a whole package of cream cheese that I mixed into the mashed potatoes and I could not find beef gravy this last time but used the mushroom gravy and I think it tasted even better

This was a very easy recipe to make and I thought it tasted great. I served this to my in-laws and they loved it also. I will definetly make it again.

I thought this was great. The cream cheese in the potatoes really makes it.

I upped the ingredient size and made it in a 9X13 (didn't have a 9X9). Might add some onions the next time around.

We make this recipe every couple of months and love it.. Instead of the jar of gravy we use the Knorr packet gravy and make our own, and used canned veggies - corn, green beans instead of frozen. My family loves this recipe and it's easy to throw together!

I substituted one can of peas and carrots for the frozen vegetables.

I absolutely LOVE this recepie as did everyone in my family. I used homemade red skin mashed potatoes instead of instant and didn't have mixed veggies so I used frozen peas and it was truly fabulous. Can't wait to try it again and play with it a little bit. Thinking about putting some bread crumbs or something over the top too...
