This was awful. My husband and I didn't enjoy this at all. In all fairness, however, I didn't make this as directed because we don't care for mushrooms. So instead I added some sauteed peppers. We will not be making this again.

like the combination but it tasted a bit bland. I'll try it again with added seasoning-maybe an herb blend for veggies or a steak seasoning blend.

I double the recipe for quick leftovers and replace the green beans with peas. Very simple and yummy!
