The entire family loved it! The only change I made was using fresh peppers & onions. Also, I discovered it tasted better if made ahead of time & refrigerated a few hours & reheated. The flavors had more time to meld! Wonderful!!

This lo mein is a favorite in my house. I love the peanut flavor; it's unexpected and delicious! I cook mine spicier with red pepper flakes and always top it with fresh green onions and cilantro .. trust me, the cilantro makes the dish happen!

I made this last night and was pretty disappointed. It was OK but that was it - kinda bland and just about like anything pre-cooked from a box.

Wonderful! I bet I've made this recipe 20 times in the last 2 years. Is great for leftovers; I crush up a few more peanuts than the recipe calls for, but that's it! This is such a great recipe!

My husband loves lo mein when we go out to eat and he says this is even better than at a restaurant! This is so easy to make, too. I've not tried it with pork but plan to in the future.

I have made this many times. We really love this dish. I do add more peppers to this as we all love them. I serve frozen eggrolls or potstickers on the side to make a complete oriental dish.
