Perfect! I used it after Thanksgiving to get rid of cranberries and pecans.

This is a really easy recipe and I like it because it's a good last minute meal to make since most ingredients could be stuff you have on hand already. I thought it was going to have a little more flavor though. Next time I'll use all OJ and no water and maybe using some sour cream would help too. I used the broccoli, califlower, carrot combo but I will vary it more next time. My favorite part was the topping because I'm a big cranberry fan.

I thought it was going to be great... but the cranberries were a little overpowering. When I make it again, I'm going to use only 2tbsp of cranberries or omit them altogehter. I used 1 can of fiesta corn.

We loved this! I did make some changes. I added 1/2 cup of sour cream and used all OJ..no water. I also used the orange infused dried cranberries and left out the pecans.

Not my favorite, but then again I'm not a big fan of mixing savory and sweet. It did have a good texture, though.

Very Easy. Very Good! Try substituting cherries, mixed, or other dried fruits for the cranberries.

This was served to a ladies group at our church, and everyone just loved it! The group served the casserole in individual pie tins, so each had their own personal pot pie. Yum Yum!
