we made these as gifts for co-workers last year! My husband and I both loved them so much we went back and made ourselves a batch too! Looking forward to making them again this year!

My mom made these for Holiday Season '08 and let me tell you...they are fabulous. You won't be able to let them go. We ate so many we got sick. :( They are that good. People that she gave them to thought they were store bought. They are easy and are great gifts for co-workers, neighbors, etc. Delicious. I will be making them this year myself.

I made a HUGE batch of this recipe, it was fantastic! I bought cute little holiday take-out style boxes and gave them to family and friends as fun holiday gifts. Everyone enjoyed them!

OK, truffles aren't my favorite, but I thought they'd be pretty for a wedding shower. Everyone there loved them and couldn't believe I made them! They thought I bought them. I added a little splenda to the cream cheese to make them sweeter. I seperated into two batches, and added orange extract to one & strawberry to another. I dipped some in white chocolate & drizzed (w/a toothpick) w/dark chocolate. Some I dipped in darker chocolate & drizzed with white chocolate. I used a sweeter chocolate for dipping.

this recipe was very bitter. My family did not like these truffles. I will not make it again.

These truffles were very easy to make and I received so many compliments on them! Everyone was so impressed with them that I hated to admit that there are only two ingredients. :)
