Two-Minute Tiramisu

The great flavors of tiramisu with pretty much no work. Of course, it's nothing near as good as the real thing, but you get the idea. Save the real thing for a night when you have time to take a while on dessert.

I absolutely loved this recipe. It was so easy to make and tasted so great. I loved that with just a little instant coffee, the pudding became a mocha and the cookies on top were perfect. This is a light dessert with lots of flavor.
