The stuffing overpowered this recipe, even tho I added pork sausage. It was okay, but not a keeper in our opinion.

I modified by using the Pork stuffing mix and adding some browned ground sausage. It was a great all-in-one meal.

Sorry guys, this was a bust with my family. We typically love egg bake type dishes but this just wasn't a hit with the stuffing. I made it exactly to the recipe. I was looking for a healthy breakfast alternative to pop tarts lol. Love a million other recipes on this site though.

This is a simple yet tasty recipe ~ It is a little on the bland side if you don't add something to kick it up a notch. This time around I added some spicy sausage and it was SO good !!

Quick & Simple! My family loves when I make this one w/ cooked pieces of sausage or ground turkey.

This is about as simple (and GOOD) as an egg bake can get. I've made it a few times now for play dates with fellow mommies and they all rave about how delicious this egg bake is. The stove top stuffing really gives it a unique flavor that's hard to resist!

I have made this recipe many times. It goes great with a salad. I mixed canned mushrooms into the stuffing mixture instead of using fresh mushrooms. I also used canned tomatoes on top. This is a very versatile recipe you can pretty much add what you like!

I made this for dinner and my husband and I were enamoured with it! Cut it back by an egg and used less mayo for an 8X8" pan, and it worked quite well - actually needed less time to cook. Used the crumbled bacon to doctor it up a bit, and was very pleased with the flavors together. This is a future staple at our house!
