So-Easy Spaghetti Bolognese

It didn't quite make enough for our little family of three. Also, I think the meat absorbed the sauce, so it was a little dry -- even after I added extra tomato paste. It had a decent flavor; just need a little something extra that I can't quite put my finger on.

Sooooooo easy, quick and delicious.I sent it to both of my very busy daughters (who each have 2 daughters)and they all loved it. Can't get better than that.

I doubled the recipe and used turkey instead of hamburger and it was great! Very light sauce, I liked the added flavor of the dressing. Will make again.
