Well my husband made it so its really easy to make. I enjoyed it a lot. Its the first meal in a long time that got me full with only one serving.

I made some changes to this recipe and it turned out wonderful. I used white rice instead and spaghetti sauce in place of the tomatoes because I had those laying around. We thought this was very good.

I'm really surprised at all the high ratings, which encouraged me to make this recipe. The flavors did not blend well at all. It was bland and frankly, weird-tasting. Really not worth spending the time and money to make. But the organic brown rice was delicious.

My husband and I are not big on tomatoes, but I decided to try the recipe anyway. We loved it!! It's quick, easy, and tastes great! I will definitely be making it again!
