We'll certainly make this again - its not fancy but good & filling! I sauteed the vegetables first, only used half the cheese and BBQ, and tossed in 8 oz of spinach before serving for extra nutrition and a splash of color. Oh, and I replaced a 1/4 cup of water with white wine. It was enjoyed by all!

This was so good especially the next day when we ate the left overs. Next time I make this (and I will) I will let it simmer on very low heat for about an hour.

Very sweet - the barbeque sauce was overwhelming. Maybe if there was a different sauce this would be good.

Next time I will cut back on the amount of water, add some pepper when browning the meat and add a little more bbq sauce. Overall a yummy recipe.

My family really liked this, even my toddler. I added frozen peas at the end. Next time I would increase the BBQ sauce.

Quick and easy. Will add to my list of suppers I can prep the day before or make ahead and freeze. Simmered with beef consumme instead of water. Plenty for left-overs. Simple clean-up. Great for working families.

Very good, My husband loved it. Instead of water I used a can of beef broth, and it came out great!
