I cooked it on low for the full 8 hrs and the chicken turned out really dry. All the flavors blended together and it was just bland. There are far better Tex-Mex meals on this website that I'd make again rather than this one.

It tasted great and was really easy to make. The salsa was little salty though.

This was awesome, and so darn easy. I especially liked the sweetness of the red peppers.

This recipe was very easy and very good. My husband said he would like it again. I did add more of the taco seasoning and added black beans. He added more salsa to his also.

I love slow cooker recipes and this one is very good. Next time I make it for the family, I will add black beans and chopped green chilies 'cause we like a little more kick. I served it over plain white rice and I think Mexican rice might give it even more flavor.
